Ms. Iana grew up in snowy and beautiful Russia and loves to go home and visit her family on holidays, go skiing and have a great time with her grandma. Iana graduated from Chelyabinsk State Pedagogical University in Russia and has a bachelor’s degree in Teaching Russian Language and Literature. Ms. Iana’s mom was a fantastic role model, so she decided to be just like her and become a teacher.  After being an Assistant Teacher at LMS, she decided to complete the Montessori training to become a Head Teacher.  She received her AMI diploma from the Montessori Institute of San Diego and was thrilled to be hired as a Teacher back at LMS.  

Ms. Iana's previous experience includes teaching in an early childhood development center, years of babysitting, and working at a Montessori school in Chicago. She sincerely loves to work with children; their smiles are the best reward!
