Ms. Natalie discovered her love for connecting with others at a young age. Growing up in Poway on a cul-de-sac of eight kids, she quickly found her empathetic nature helped her build social connections on a different level. At eighteen, she was a caregiver in the dementia department of an assisted living home in Poway while nannying for triplets and a family with two children on the side. A former Nursing major, Natalie decided her true passion was with children, leading her to make the decision to switch over to Child Development. 

Ms. Natalie obtained her Associate of Science in General Studies at Palomar College and is now going to school for her Bachelor's in Teaching, in the hopes of having her own classroom one day. Her love of childcare has stuck with her and she is grateful to be a part of the Lifetime Montessori team.
